Community Easter Egg Hunt & Lunch
Here comes Peter Cottontail! The Easter Bunny is scheduled to visit the Stewart Community Pavilion on Saturday, March 17, at 10:30 a.m. An Easter egg hunt will be offered for children, ages birth – 11 years old. Prizes will be awarded for the most eggs and designated prize eggs! A real live bunny, Thump, will be available for children to pet. A bouncy house and playground will provide even more fun for energetic children! Parents may take photos of their children with the Easter Bunny. A free barbeque meal will be served to everyone after the hunt. Brother Michael Cobb will share the Easter story following the meal. Children will need an Easter basket or other container to hold their eggs. Stewart Pavilion is located on Hale County Road 42. This event is sponsored by Stewart United Methodist Church. In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be held on March 18, 4:30 p.m.
