The City of Moundville is requesting qualifications from licensed engineers for services for a grant project to upgrade waterlines in the northeastern portion of the city. Qualifications must contain discussion of Technical Approach, Management and Staffing, and Prior grant experience. Qualifications will be rated on the following criteria:
1. Past experience with engineering design and construction 40 management.
2. Past experience managing federal/state funded projects 20
3. Experience of proposed personnel 20
4. Current capacity to complete work. 20
5. Familiarity of local context. 10
